You Need Experience Working For You! Jo Ann joined Bluffs Real Estate in May of 2008 as a real estate sale person. She has over twenty (20) years of commercial real estate experience in the areas of property management and leasing as well as five (5) years of residential real estate sales and rental experience. She relocated to South Florida from Minnesota in the fall of 2002 and continued to work in both commercial and residential real estate. Throughout the years in commercial real estate, she has managed high rise office towers, office parks, neighborhood and power retail centers, and office warehouse parks. Working with a variety of clients from large pension fund advisors and insurance corporations to smaller entrepreneurial investors has given her the experience and knowledge to sell, lease and manage any type of commercial asset on the market. She also has the experience of managing receivership/foreclosure assets. Working in this environment has given her the opportunity to obtain a strong financial background. Jo Ann has been a licensed realtor since 1987 in Minnesota and since 2003 in Florida. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1985 from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owner’s and Managers Association (BOMA) in 1992, and the Florida Mortgage License in January of 2006.
